This course follows on from the ‘Security Management Stage 1’ course and is designed to continue to broaden the learners’ scope of knowledge related to modern security management. Learners will be introduced to a range of topics designed to enhance their ability to develop strategy and relevant mitigation measures, make recommendations and offer solutions whilst understanding the budgetary implications. This five-day course is a tutor led, classroom based course where delegates will work in syndicates to provide feedback on a range of exercise scenarios. The programme comprises lectures, workshops, case studies and exercise scenarios. This course will benefit Security Managers, Security Coordinators and anyone seeking to further their career in Security Management.
